Yiqin

Hey! I am currently a research assistant at Princeton Neuroscience Institute. I graduated from University of Chicago with a BS in Computational Applied Math and honors in Neuroscience.

I’ve acquired strong learning habits and the ability to think abstractly through my studies and training. I would like to not only teach my students what I’ve learned, but also to give them the ability to learn new concepts for themselves. I hope to inspire in others a sense of curiosity and love for the unknown.

I’ve been a standardized test teaching assistant and also consistently been a teaching assistant in college for biology and math courses. Through these teaching experiences, I’ve learned how to create a safe space for students to grow. If you’re interested in working with me, I’d be delighted and thrilled to support you and grow together!
