Hi! My name is Simran, and I am currently an undergraduate student at Northwestern University studying Biomedical Engineering (BME) and Global Health Studies. I am an undergraduate research assistant, and I also lead a BME design team affiliated with the Biomedical Engineers Society.
When I’m not in class, I enjoy traveling to new countries, reading, collecting pens, and trying new coffee shops. After I graduate, I hope to become a consultant for a few years (or maybe longer) and then go to law school.
I primarily tutor STEM subjects at the high school level, from general to AP, as well as SAT prep and essay writing. I have TA’d for both high school chemistry and biology, as well as one-on-one tutoring. My interest in tutoring comes from my love for helping others. I love watching someone’s face light up when they finally understand that one tricky concept.
