Hey, I’m Shane, and I’m a lifelong writer from Boston studying Anthropology, English, and Computer Science at Princeton. My favorite topics to tutor include any type of writing or reading, but I especially enjoy helping with college and analytical essay writing! I’m also happy to help with many math and science subjects, especially Computer Science courses.
I love tutoring because I love to help others and because I think that as a creative person, honing my communication skills is one of the most important things I can do. Outside of my studies, I’m an editor for my school’s newspaper and help write profiles for Princeton’s Pace Center for Civic Engagement. I love listening to new music, discussing current events, and finding the best iced latte in any given town I visit.
After graduation, I’d love to work in any sort of creative media space, including but not limited to journalism. But I’m always open to discovering new fields and continuing my education, too 🙂
