Proby

Hello, My name is Proby and I am currently an undergrad studying Politics and Neuroscience at Princeton. On campus, I work as a research Assistant at the Graziano Consciousness Lab at the Princeton Neuroscience institute. In addition to my research I am also part of the Princeton Nassoons which is Princeton’s oldest male acapella group, the Princeton powerlifting club, and Tigertrends which is the University’s premier fashion magazine. I love to have conversations about questions that the students might have that might push back against current curriculum that they might feel hesitant to voice in a normal classroom setting. I love to talk about my unorthodox background as a high school student who was originally thinking about pursuing opera as a career during my Juilliard pre-college experience and my transition into pursuing STEM. I believe my personal experiences would allow me to impart some useful advice on music-related extracurriculars as well as integrating humanities and hard sciences into an academic experience. As for future plans, I plan to pursue a 1 year neuroscience masters program during my gap-year before medical school.
