Education takes a lot of hard work. Often, however, working hard is not the same as working well. Some students need personal attention when learning, someone to guide them along, sometimes teaching subject matter differently, motivating them to focus, or just someone to talk through a concept with. I have a passion for learning, and helping others learn fits naturally into that passion. The reward of deep understanding after a long trudge through difficult subject matter is an experience that I enjoy greatly and one that I love helping others experience as well. I am very personable and know that education is a relationship and not merely a teacher spitting information at a student. I have the social awareness to build a healthy tutor-student relationship.
