Matt

Hey everyone! I am an undergraduate at Princeton University, majoring in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and pursuing certificates in Physics and Robotics. It's actually kind of funny how I got here- I came in to my freshman year thinking of a career in chemistry, but as my freshman year wore on, I realized how much I truly enjoyed learning about how physics describes the world around us. I realized I wanted to unearth the manner in which the universe works, understand its flaws, and apply that understanding to create devices and machines to hopefully remedy those flaws. This idea goes for tutoring too; when I tutor I want to understand how a student thinks and comprehends a subject, and work with them to better their understanding and fill in any gaps in their comprehension.

Outside of academics, I love to play the trumpet in the university orchestra and jazz ensemble. I also love to play soccer, run, and I even enjoy mixing in a little yoga here and there.
