Kenny

I've always liked teaching people things. After hours of thought, I've narrowed it down to three reasons: one, I feel powerful; two, sometimes I get paid; and three— and honestly most importantly— I feel like I'm making a difference in people's lives.

I first started tutoring in eighth grade as part of a volunteer club that my friends and I co-founded. Fortunately, I have improved somewhat since then, and my love for tutoring granted me eleven adoring serf-student subjects over my summers and has taken me from home in Texas to places as far away as Cornell University and the University of Puget Sound in Seattle. I genuinely love my secondary purpose of guiding my students through their academic careers and always try to encourage them to try activities that I personally did and loved, most notably competition math, Academic Decathlon, and music. Thus far, I've exclusively taught math, although I would most likely be competent if I had to teach computer science, high school physics, or economics.

P. S. If you ever become my student, be prepared to love the Mavericks and Cowboys.

I'm excited to begin!
