Katie

Hi! I'm Katie, and I'm an undergrad at Princeton from Northern Virginia. I love tutoring because I love sparking true curiosity in students – an interest in learning beyond just cramming for a test. In high school, I worked to spread STEM education and experience to elementary-middle school students in my area, and to promote female involvement in STEM subjects.

I'm a big science nerd, and I enjoy teaching biology and chemistry most. However, I'm also interested in writing and the intersections between the sciences and the humanities. When I'm not studying, I like to read, run, and hike with my dog when I'm home.
