George

Hey! My name is George Davis, and I'm an undergrad at Princeton University, hailing from Birmingham, AL. I developed a passion for tutoring early on in high school. I was a private tutor for students in grades 7-12, specializing in math, Latin, and chemistry. I also tutored reading skills to second graders at a local elementary school through a community organization.

Tutoring is much more than just a job. There's something about working with a struggling student and being able to see the smile on their face once they finally grasp the concept that has been driving crazy.

At Princeton, I'm currently planning on majoring in economics. I'm also involved with The William Trego Singers of Princeton University and the Episcopal Church at Princeton. I'm also a coach for an 8-10 grade team in the Dillon Youth Rec Basketball League. I enjoy watching baseball (Go Mets!), listening to music, going to concerts, and spending time at the lake in the summers. Looking forward to meeting you and your student!
