Adham

I’ve always loved teaching and helping others learn because its consistently been the best way for me to learn! I spent all of last year TA-ing my former AP Calc BC class, working with my teacher to try new ways of teaching lessons and new questions for tests. My emphasis was on student enjoyment and engagement. I also have experience teaching students of a wide range of ages at a Mathnasium back near my hometown of Parsippany, NJ!

Tutoring is meaningful to me because I have had countless conversations with people who complain that if they were taught better, they would enjoy the material. So I see tutoring as my attempt to make a difference, and help people one on one in a way that they can’t get in a classroom of dozens.

I am highly interested in pursuing academia for my career, and my academic interests range from math, science, engineering, computer science to someone history and politics. Always interested in discussing anything STEM related 🙂 I like tinkering, building, and designing things. I love fencing, running, exercise, long walks, good books, and a long conversation with friends over tea/coffee.
