Hi, my name is Anastasia! I’m currently an undergraduate student at Dartmouth College pursuing a degree in History, with a particular love for the stories that make up both fiction as well as the historical record. At Dartmouth, I’m an undergraduate researcher currently investigating the Compromise of 1876 and the dramatic shifts the two-party system underwent in its aftermath — work I hope to eventually develop into a substantive piece on the Hayes presidency.
I’ve been tutoring for more than four years, specializing in English, Writing, and History, with extensive experience tutoring Calculus and SAT prep as well. I love helping students find their own voice when writing and discovering their curiosity about the past, while also building the confidence they need to tackle any subject.
Outside of the classroom, you’ll find me watching a soccer game, reading poetry, catching a new film, or volunteering at my local animal shelter.
