Vedant

Hi, I’m Vedant—but most people just call me Ved! I grew up right here in the Princeton area, so I know this community well and love giving back to it through tutoring.

I’m currently studying Mathematics and Finance at Georgetown University, and I genuinely enjoy both. There’s something exciting about how numbers and logic can explain everything from a geometry proof to a market trend; beyond math and finance, I have a real passion for history and coding as well.

When it comes to tutoring, I take a strategy-first approach. I find that using analogies students can relate to helps with understanding the patterns and reasoning behind them, so the material actually sticks.

Outside of academics, I love sports and the outdoors. I played football in High School and have a Scouting background that taught me a lot about leadership and meeting people where they are. My goal is always to make sure students leave feeling more confident than when they walked in. Whether you’re struggling with a concept or just need a push to reach the next level, I’d love to help!
