Payment Policy for Non-US-Based Clients

To ensure smooth, uninterrupted service and timely tutor compensation, we require the following payment arrangements for clients located outside the United States who wish to continue beyond their initial tutoring package.

Ongoing Session Requirements

Once your initial tutoring package is complete, you must choose one of the following options to continue scheduling sessions:

• Prepay for an additional tutoring package, or
• Place a valid credit card on file to be automatically charged for future sessions as they occur.

Additional Notes

• Sessions cannot be scheduled unless one of the above arrangements is in place.
• Credit cards on file will be charged monthly for sessions that have occurred beyond your prepaid package.
• Receipts are issued for all charges.
• All payment information is processed securely and in compliance with international data protection standards.
